• Class 1 festivities

  Class 1 really got into the Christmas spirit this week, making elf sleighs, decorating the calm corner and even watching a pantomime (thank you to the PTFA!)

   

  On the last day children loved playing different party games and winning some special prizes. 

  

• Class 1 Nativity

  The children loved wearing their costumes for our dress rehearsal last week. Luckily we filmed this when we did as it turned out to be our 'real thing' due to circumstances outside of anyone's control. The children put so much effort into playing their parts, learning their lines and singing the songs. The Class 1 team are extremely proud of them all!

  Ernie the elf has been up to mischief in Class 1 this week. He has been taking 'elfies' using the photocopier and even got captured by the dinosaurs! The children enjoyed writing letters to the dinosaurs asking Ernie to be let free!

  This week Class 1 have been exploring 3D shapes. We have been investigating rolling, stacking and sliding 3D shapes and making our own shapes with playdoh and lolly sticks.
